Hypothesis
My hypothesis is that adding strips of paper mechanical machines, calculators, or printing, are no longer viable office equipment when they are sitting next to personal computers. Pencil and spreadsheets almost disappeared shortly after the advent of the personal computer. This migration software spreadsheet was considered very significant since the removal of electronic spreadsheets provided much more functionality in an easy to use.
Migration, in my opinion, is long overdue for adding strips of paper mechanical machines. With the availability of the machine by adding rich programs like myOwn10 key, it no longer makes sense to continue to use the expensive, long private lifts. Electronic machines, such as spreadsheets, offer many more features in an easy to use. Electronic tapes also contribute significantly to the bottom line compared to the old printing calculators.
Factor Analysis
To test my hypothesis, I made an analysis of ROI conversion myOwn10 key for United Parcel Service. Why Brown? Because the UPS website displays very detailed technical information for the company. The number I needed was a leader of personal computers in use at UPS. From Sunday, 5 August 2007, the number of jobs in the UPS network to use is listed on their website as 149,000. * Prices of printer cartridges - $ 3.00 ea.
* How many printer cartridges are consumed every printing calculator - 1 year.
* Percentage of printing calculators replaced by an - 10%
The cost of purchasing mechanical paper tape machines for new employees are not considered in this analysis. Also not included in the cost of the power necessary to operate the mechanical machines.
Annual cost of dinosaurs

As seen on the stage 48 of the return on investment, conversion of electronic bands with myOwn10-Key is a beautiful, one-time price of just over $ 320,000. The period of return on investment equivalent to about 7 months. This analysis shows that the savings to be realized from the conversion to myOwn10 key can be substantial. Remember, these figures are based on factors analysis. The savings could be much more. These annual report directly to the bottom line.

* Minimum of savings each year thereafter - $ 547,128.
In addition to these savings, there are also environmental benefits. No purchase of strips of paper and ribbons for packaging, less pressure on our forests. And not throwing machines broken and exhausted tape cartridges means less non-degradable plastics in progress in our landfills.

Conclusion
In my opinion, adding strips of paper mechanical machines are expensive, outdated drugs. Migration of the machine by adding more features to the electronic machine software such as myOwn10 key, makes it an excellent business acumen of both cost and environmental perspectives. I think it is time for mechanical paper tape dinosaurs faded in the sunset where the pencil and paper spreadsheets have disappeared nearly 30 years.
